Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Inconsistent No. 9 by Xie Molin was auctioned at Phillips in an online auction in July 2021. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 5,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 5,670.00 (€ 6,649.25). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Xie Molin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Overlay No. 061 in April this year with an auction result of HKD 192,000.00 (€ 196,069.57).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Inconsistent No. 9 von Xie Molin kam im Juli 2021 bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 5.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 5.670,00 (€ 6.649,25) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Xie Molin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Overlay No. 061 im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 192.000,00 (€ 196.069,57).
