Auction result misses estimated price range
In July this year a collector was able to acquire the work Pomegranates II by Winner Jumalon for HKD 19,050.00 (€ 2,216.16). This price was achieved in the auction Let Loose: Online Auction at Phillips in 29 June - and was even below the estimate range of HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Winner Jumalon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ricochet in October 2008 with an auction result of HKD 225,000.00 (€ 22,886.77).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Pomegranates II von Winner Jumalon für HKD 19.050,00 (€ 2.216,16) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Let Loose: Online Auction bei Phillips in 29 June - erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Winner Jumalon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ricochet im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 225.000,00 (€ 22.886,77).
