Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2004 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Twentieth Century Art including Belgian Art, which included the work Composition by Willy Boers. The price achieved of EUR 4,780.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Willy Boers have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2001 the work Pseudozoisch (schijnbaar dierlijk) was auctioned for EUR 5,170.00.

Im November 2004 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Twentieth Century Art including Belgian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition von Willy Boers zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.780,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Willy Boers konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im September 2001 die Arbeit Pseudozoisch (schijnbaar dierlijk) für EUR 5.170,00 versteigert.
