In September 2005 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction PICTURES WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS, which included the work Lente - Spring by Willy Boers. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 4,200.00 40% above the upper estimate. Other works by Willy Boers have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 5,170.00 in September 2001 for the work Pseudozoisch (schijnbaar dierlijk).

Im September 2005 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion PICTURES WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lente - Spring von Willy Boers zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 4.200,00 und damit 40% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Willy Boers haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von EUR 5.170,00 im September 2001 für die Arbeit Pseudozoisch (schijnbaar dierlijk) beobachtet.
