Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Polar Night, Labrador by William Bradford was sold in the American Art auction at Sothebys in New York in September 2019. It achieved a price of USD 58,750.00 (€ 53,874.37), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by William Bradford achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Midnight Sun, The Arctic in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 1,445,000.00 (€ 1,314,353.28).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Polar Night, Labrador von William Bradford wurde im September 2019 in der Auktion American Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 58.750,00 (€ 53.874,37) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18%.
