Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Between Life and Life by Will Barnet was auctioned at Bonhams in New York in December 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of USD 1,020.00 (€ 901.22) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Will Barnet achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Silent Seasons - Summer No. Ii in April 2015 with an auction result of USD 118,750.00 (€ 106,387.74).

Die Arbeit Between Life and Life von Will Barnet kam im Dezember 2021 bei Bonhams in New York zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 1.020,00 (€ 901,22) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
