The »bidding war« ended at CNY 237,500.00 (€ 31,009.58), 48% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wenda Gu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Drama Of Two Culture Formats Merge C1-C3 (Three Works) in April 2012 with an auction result of HKD 3,980,000.00 (€ 387,801.04).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von CNY 237.500,00 (€ 31.009,58) und damit 48% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wenda Gu erzielen.
