The work Poems In Various Scripts by Wang Shu was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in May 2016. The result of HKD 600,000.00 (€ 69,348.90) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 600,000.00 – 800,000.00. Other works by Wang Shu have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2012 the work Superfluous Words On Calligraphy was auctioned for USD 134,500.00 (€ 104,620.41).

Die Arbeit Poems In Various Scripts von Wang Shu kam im Mai 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 600.000,00 (€ 69.348,90) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 600.000,00 – 800.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Wang Shu konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im September 2012 die Arbeit Superfluous Words On Calligraphy für USD 134.500,00 (€ 104.620,41) versteigert.
