Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pine Tree And Bamboo by Wang Shishen was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in November 2016. The price achieved of HKD 944,000.00 (€ 115,032.71) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 800,000.00 – 1,000,000.00. Other works by Wang Shishen have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2013 the work Flower Tree was auctioned for HKD 1,840,000.00 (€ 180,115.43).
