In June 2007 Christies in London held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art (Day Sale), which included the work Disty Series No. 3 (Just Look Forward. No Big Deal) by Nengtao Wang. The result of GBP 6,000.00 (€ 8,903.70) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Other works by Nengtao Wang have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2007 the work We will Overtake America (Disty Series No. 6) was auctioned for GBP 11,875.00 (€ 17,053.28).
