Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Eternal Smile. by Wang Keping was auctioned at VAN HAM in October last year. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 528.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Keping achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Couple - 1999-2012 in July last year with an auction result of EUR 157,440.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Eternal Smile. von Wang Keping kam im Oktober letzten Jahres bei VAN HAM zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 528,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Keping erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Couple - 1999-2012 im Juli letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 157.440,00.
