Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 'To Marry A Mule' by Wang Jin was sold in the TO LIVE WITH ART: Property from the Jerome & Ellen Stern Collection auction at Sothebys in New York in March 2018. The price achieved of USD 5,625.00 (€ 4,565.75) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Jin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Dream Of China in April 2007 with an auction result of HKD 1,920,000.00 (€ 179,771.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit 'To Marry A Mule' von Wang Jin wurde im März 2018 in der Auktion TO LIVE WITH ART: Property from the Jerome & Ellen Stern Collection bei Sothebys in New York versteigert.
