Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Eternity by Wang Jianwei was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2014. It achieved a price of HKD 1,240,000.00 (€ 127,661.61), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 24%. Other works by Wang Jianwei have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 2,200,000.00 (€ 254,279.30) in May 2016 for the work The Blind.
