Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Libai Shi by Wang Dongling was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in June 2015. The price achieved of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,674.02) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 90,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Dongling achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Harmonious Opposition in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 875,000.00 (€ 98,581.85).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Libai Shi von Wang Dongling kam im Juni 2015 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 8.674,02) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 90.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Dongling erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Harmonious Opposition im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 875.000,00 (€ 98.581,85).
