Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Walter Chappell could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in June 2010 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Photographs from the Polaroid Collection auction, the work Selected Nudes From Immediate Mythology changed hands for USD 1,875.00 (€ 1,525.51) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Walter Chappell achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Gestures Of Infinity in June 2010 with an auction result of USD 20,000.00 (€ 16,272.07).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Walter Chappell konnte im Juni 2010 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden.
