The result of USD 6,000.00 (€ 4,556.50) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Vee Speers - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled #16 from The Birthday Party, which sold at auction in April 2011 for USD 20,000.00 (€ 13,494.37).

Die Arbeit Untitled #4 from The Birthday Party von Vee Speers kam im April 2013 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 6.000,00 (€ 4.556,50) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 6.000,00 – 8.000,00.
