Sold at the lower estimate price
The work 'Untitled #30', 2007-2008 by Vee Speers was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in May 2018. The result of EUR 3,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Vee Speers have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled #16 from The Birthday Party in April 2011 with an auction result of USD 20,000.00 (€ 13,494.37).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit 'Untitled #30', 2007-2008 von Vee Speers kam im Mai 2018 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 3.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vee Speers auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled #16 from The Birthday Party im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 13.494,37).
