Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2009 Phillips in New York held the auction Photographs, which included the work Untitled #15 from The Birthday Party by Vee Speers. The »bidding war« ended at USD 10,625.00 (€ 7,086.17), 18% above the upper estimate. Other works by Vee Speers have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 20,000.00 (€ 13,494.37) in April 2011 for the work Untitled #16 from The Birthday Party.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2009 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled #15 from The Birthday Party von Vee Speers zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 10.625,00 (€ 7.086,17) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Vee Speers haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 13.494,37) im April 2011 für die Arbeit Untitled #16 from The Birthday Party beobachtet.
