Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2015 Christies in London held the auction Russian Art, which included the work The Cloud by Vasily Shukhaev. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 92,500.00 (€ 131,752.51), 16% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vasily Shukhaev achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of Madame Pavlova in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 916,000.00 (€ 1,359,297.93).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November 2015 führte Christies in London die Auktion Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Cloud von Vasily Shukhaev zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 92.500,00 (€ 131.752,51) und damit 16% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vasily Shukhaev erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait of Madame Pavlova im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 916.000,00 (€ 1.359.297,93).
