Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2017 Christies in London held the auction Russian Art, which included the work Portrait of Alexandre Iacovleff (1887-1938) by Vasily Shukhaev. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 35,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 37,500.00 (€ 42,705.50). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Vasily Shukhaev achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of Madame Pavlova in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 916,000.00 (€ 1,359,297.93).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2017 führte Christies in London die Auktion Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait of Alexandre Iacovleff (1887-1938) von Vasily Shukhaev zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 35.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 37.500,00 (€ 42.705,50) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Vasily Shukhaev erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait of Madame Pavlova im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 916.000,00 (€ 1.359.297,93).
