Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Valery Yurlov could be acquired at Christies in New York in October 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the The Collection of Melva Bucksbaum: Post-War and Contemporary Art, Photographs and Prints auction, the work Untitled #1 changed hands for USD 1,500.00 (€ 1,323.69) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Valery Yurlov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work White And Black (Diptych) in November 2016 with an auction result of GBP 11,250.00 (€ 13,273.89).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Valery Yurlov konnte im Oktober 2018 bei Christies in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion The Collection of Melva Bucksbaum: Post-War and Contemporary Art, Photographs and Prints wechselte die Arbeit Untitled #1 für USD 1.500,00 (€ 1.323,69) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Valery Yurlov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit White And Black (Diptych) im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 11.250,00 (€ 13.273,89).
