Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy(Painted In 2003) by Tsang Tsou Choi was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2018. The price achieved of HKD 354,000.00 (€ 39,860.92) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 300,000.00 – 400,000.00. Admittedly, works by Tsang Tsou Choi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calligraphy in October 2013 with an auction result of HKD 1,840,000.00 (€ 174,606.44).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy(Painted In 2003) von Tsang Tsou Choi kam im Oktober 2018 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 354.000,00 (€ 39.860,92) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 300.000,00 – 400.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tsang Tsou Choi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Calligraphy im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.840.000,00 (€ 174.606,44).
