Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Surrealist Landscape by Tinus van Doorn was auctioned at Sothebys in Amsterdam in December 2008. The price achieved of EUR 2,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Tinus van Doorn have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dutch Portrait in June 2008 with an auction result of EUR 21,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Surrealist Landscape von Tinus van Doorn kam im Dezember 2008 bei Sothebys in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tinus van Doorn auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dutch Portrait im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 21.750,00.
