Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2016 Christies in London held the auction Old Master & British Drawings, which included the work Tattershall Castle, Lincolnshire by Thomas Girtin. The price achieved of GBP 62,500.00 (€ 74,263.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 50,000.00 – 70,000.00.
