Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work Zero - Cutting - Money by Tatsuo Miyajima was worth GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,810.57) to a buyer in March 2021. This price was achieved in the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale at Christies in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tatsuo Miyajima achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work T.L. SAKURA in November 2010 with an auction result of HKD 2,900,000.00 (€ 286,529.61).

Die Arbeit Zero - Cutting - Money von Tatsuo Miyajima war einem Käufer im März 2021 GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.810,57) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Christies in London erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 2.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tatsuo Miyajima erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit T.L. SAKURA im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.900.000,00 (€ 286.529,61).
