Auction result well in line with expectations
In March this year Christies in London held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Counter Fragile No. 4 by Tatsuo Miyajima. It changed hands for a price of GBP 6,930.00 (€ 7,884.21) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tatsuo Miyajima achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work T.L. SAKURA in November 2010 with an auction result of HKD 2,900,000.00 (€ 286,529.61).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März diesen Jahres führte Christies in London die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Counter Fragile No. 4 von Tatsuo Miyajima zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 6.930,00 (€ 7.884,21) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tatsuo Miyajima erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit T.L. SAKURA im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.900.000,00 (€ 286.529,61).
