Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Mustache by Tala Madani was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in New York in September this year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 8,255.00 (€ 7,799.51). Admittedly, works by Tala Madani have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Elastic Pink in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 47,500.00 (€ 65,495.45).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Mustache von Tala Madani wurde im September diesen Jahres in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 8.255,00 (€ 7.799,51) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tala Madani auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Elastic Pink im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 47.500,00 (€ 65.495,45).
