Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Canale della Giudecca I, Venezia, 2007 by Sze Tsung Leong was sold in the Photographs auction at Christies in October 2021. The »bidding war« ended at USD 3,500.00 (€ 3,029.78), 17% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Sze Tsung Leong have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Guanajuato I, from Cities, 2009 in April 2017 with an auction result of USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,620.47).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Canale della Giudecca I, Venezia, 2007 von Sze Tsung Leong wurde im Oktober 2021 in der Auktion Photographs bei Christies versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 3.500,00 (€ 3.029,78) und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sze Tsung Leong auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Guanajuato I, from Cities, 2009 im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 13.750,00 (€ 12.620,47).
