Auction result well in line with expectations

The work Then by Suzanne McClelland was sold in the 19th & 20th Century and Contemporary Prints and Multiples auction at Christies in New York in April 2000. The price achieved of USD 587.50 (€ 646.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 500.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Suzanne McClelland achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ideal Proportions: Squeeze - A Winning Hand in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 18,750.00 (€ 22,026.42).

Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen

Die Arbeit Then von Suzanne McClelland wurde im April 2000 in der Auktion 19th & 20th Century and Contemporary Prints and Multiples bei Christies in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 587,50 (€ 646,39) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 500,00 – 700,00 angegeben worden.
