Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Blood Rite by Steven Parrino was auctioned at Phillips in New York in May 2018. It changed hands for a price of USD 18,750.00 (€ 16,066.84) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Steven Parrino achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Idol/Idiot in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 566,500.00 (€ 661,206.96).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Blood Rite von Steven Parrino kam im Mai 2018 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 16.066,84) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Steven Parrino erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Idol/Idiot im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 566.500,00 (€ 661.206,96).
