It achieved a price of GBP 4,750.00 (€ 6,065.06), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 58%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Stephen Ward - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mandy Rice-Davies, which sold at auction in March 2018 for GBP 15,000.00 (€ 17,078.33).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 4.750,00 (€ 6.065,06) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 58%. Für andere Arbeiten von Stephen Ward mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Mandy Rice-Davies beobachtet, die im März 2018 für GBP 15.000,00 (€ 17.078,33) versteigert wurde.
