The result of USD 40,000.00 (€ 28,972.91) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Stephen Scott Young have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Creole Girl (Red Bows) in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 348,000.00 (€ 258,678.36).
