Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of USD 11,250.00 (€ 10,262.73) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Stéphane Couturier - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Grand Palais, Paris 8, which sold at auction in May 2011 for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,446.33).
