Auction result well in line with expectations
The work One Step 7X - 1971 by Stanley Brouwn was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in June 2021. The price achieved of EUR 13,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Stanley Brouwn have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 1 X 1 X 1 Foot - 2 X 2 X 2 Feet - 3 X 3 X 3 Feet in May 2019 with an auction result of EUR 68,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit One Step 7X - 1971 von Stanley Brouwn kam im Juni 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 13.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Stanley Brouwn auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit 1 X 1 X 1 Foot - 2 X 2 X 2 Feet - 3 X 3 X 3 Feet im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 68.750,00.
