Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Portrait Of Miss Anne Lee, Half-Length, In A White Dress, With A Gold Necklace And Bracelets, Pearls In Her Hair, A Book In Her Right Hand, In An Interior by William Beechey was auctioned at Christies in London in April 2016. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 10,386.17). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by William Beechey achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Dashwood Children in January 2014 with an auction result of USD 821,000.00 (€ 608,148.15).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Portrait Of Miss Anne Lee, Half-Length, In A White Dress, With A Gold Necklace And Bracelets, Pearls In Her Hair, A Book In Her Right Hand, In An Interior von William Beechey kam im April 2016 bei Christies in London zur Auktion.
