Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Branch of apple blossom by Sierk Schröder was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2003. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,792.50. Admittedly, works by Sierk Schröder have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A lady in a blue kimono in November 2003 with an auction result of EUR 8,962.50.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Branch of apple blossom von Sierk Schröder kam im September 2003 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.792,50 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sierk Schröder auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A lady in a blue kimono im November 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.962,50.
