Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Posture by Shang Yang was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in October this year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 320,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 336,000.00 (€ 40,632.85). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Shang Yang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dong Qichang'S Plan - 4 (Diptych) in October 2015 with an auction result of HKD 5,480,000.00 (€ 640,210.11).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Posture von Shang Yang wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 320.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 336.000,00 (€ 40.632,85) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Shang Yang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dong Qichang'S Plan - 4 (Diptych) im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.480.000,00 (€ 640.210,11).
