Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape of Place E- 7 by Shang Yang was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2017. The price achieved of HKD 750,000.00 (€ 80,748.87) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 600,000.00 – 900,000.00. Admittedly, works by Shang Yang have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dong Qichang'S Plan - 4 (Diptych) in October 2015 with an auction result of HKD 5,480,000.00 (€ 640,210.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape of Place E- 7 von Shang Yang kam im November 2017 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 750.000,00 (€ 80.748,87) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 600.000,00 – 900.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Shang Yang auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dong Qichang'S Plan - 4 (Diptych) im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.480.000,00 (€ 640.210,11).
