Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dong Qichang Project No.10 by Shang Yang was auctioned at POLY in Macau in November 2016. The price achieved of HKD 2,124,000.00 (€ 258,823.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 1,800,000.00 – 2,600,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Shang Yang - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Dong Qichang'S Plan - 4 (Diptych), which sold at auction in October 2015 for HKD 5,480,000.00 (€ 640,210.11).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Dong Qichang Project No.10 von Shang Yang kam im November 2016 bei POLY in Macau zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 2.124.000,00 (€ 258.823,60) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 1.800.000,00 – 2.600.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Shang Yang mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Dong Qichang'S Plan - 4 (Diptych) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2015 für HKD 5.480.000,00 (€ 640.210,11) versteigert wurde.
