Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Servando Cabrera Moreno achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in New York in November 2015. In the Latin America auction, the work without title sold for USD 32,500.00 (€ 30,770.69) - well above the upper estimate of USD 12,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Servando Cabrera Moreno; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Los ejemplos sold at auction in June 2007 with the realized price of USD 66,000.00 (€ 48,816.57).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Servando Cabrera Moreno erzielte im November 2015 bei Phillips in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Latin America wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für USD 32.500,00 (€ 30.770,69) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 12.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Servando Cabrera Moreno; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Los ejemplos im Juni 2007 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 66.000,00 (€ 48.816,57).
