Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2016 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Servando Cabrera Moreno for USD 6,250.00 (€ 5,612.93). This price was achieved in the auction Latin America at Phillips in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Servando Cabrera Moreno have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Los ejemplos in June 2007 with an auction result of USD 66,000.00 (€ 48,816.57).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2016 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Servando Cabrera Moreno für USD 6.250,00 (€ 5.612,93) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Latin America bei Phillips in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Servando Cabrera Moreno auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Los ejemplos im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 66.000,00 (€ 48.816,57).
