The work Nyack by Sergei Soudeikine was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in February 2009. It achieved a price of USD 22,500.00 (€ 17,769.70), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. Admittedly, works by Sergei Soudeikine have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Russian Oriental Scene, Circa 1923 in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 241,000.00 (€ 154,804.73).

Die Arbeit Nyack von Sergei Soudeikine kam im Februar 2009 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 22.500,00 (€ 17.769,70) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sergei Soudeikine auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Russian Oriental Scene, Circa 1923 im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 241.000,00 (€ 154.804,73).
