Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Divine Names by Sedaghat Jabbari was auctioned at Christies in Dubai in October 2011. It changed hands for a price of USD 47,500.00 (€ 34,057.50) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 40,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Sedaghat Jabbari have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Divine Names in October 2007 with an auction result of USD 433,000.00 (€ 299,281.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The Divine Names von Sedaghat Jabbari kam im Oktober 2011 bei Christies in Dubai zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 47.500,00 (€ 34.057,50) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 40.000,00 – 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sedaghat Jabbari auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Divine Names im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 433.000,00 (€ 299.281,17).
