The work La robe à pois, 1996 by Sarah Moon was sold in the Photographies auction at Christies in Paris in November last year. It achieved a price of EUR 27,720.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 54 %. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Sarah Moon; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Fashion 4, Yohji Yamamoto sold at auction in October 2020 with the realized price of USD 37,500.00 (€ 32,197.13).

Die Arbeit La robe à pois, 1996 von Sarah Moon wurde im November letzten Jahres in der Auktion Photographies bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 27.720,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 54 %. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Sarah Moon; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Fashion 4, Yohji Yamamoto im Oktober 2020 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 37.500,00 (€ 32.197,13).
