The work How To Get Rich by Sarah Grilo was sold in the Latin American Art auction at Sothebys in New York in May 2012. The result of USD 20,000.00 (€ 16,175.99) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 25,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Sarah Grilo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mi Buenos Aires querido, which sold at auction in March last year for USD 60,480.00 (€ 54,520.87).

Die Arbeit How To Get Rich von Sarah Grilo wurde im Mai 2012 in der Auktion Latin American Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 16.175,99) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Sarah Grilo mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Mi Buenos Aires querido beobachtet, die im März letzten Jahres für USD 60.480,00 (€ 54.520,87) versteigert wurde.
