This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art – online sale including ‘’A Lifetime Collection’’ at Christies in Paris and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 500.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rómulo Macció achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sun and Cold on Nassau Street in November 2016 with an auction result of USD 81,250.00 (€ 76,810.36).
