Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2011 Christies in Dubai held the auction Modern and Contemporary Arab, Iranian and Turkish ArtPart II, which included the work The Telephone by Rokni Haerizadeh. Here, the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 32,500.00 (€ 23,302.50). Admittedly, works by Rokni Haerizadeh have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Shomal (Beach at the Caspian) in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 221,000.00 (€ 205,753.65).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2011 führte Christies in Dubai die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Arab, Iranian and Turkish ArtPart II durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Telephone von Rokni Haerizadeh zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 32.500,00 (€ 23.302,50) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Rokni Haerizadeh auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Shomal (Beach at the Caspian) im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 221.000,00 (€ 205.753,65).
