The work Shirin And Khosrow by Rokni Haerizadeh was sold in the Modern & Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Dubai in March 2016. The »bidding war« ended at USD 43,750.00 (€ 38,410.89), 46% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Rokni Haerizadeh have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Shomal (Beach at the Caspian) in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 221,000.00 (€ 205,753.65).

Die Arbeit Shirin And Khosrow von Rokni Haerizadeh wurde im März 2016 in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art bei Christies in Dubai versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 43.750,00 (€ 38.410,89) und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Rokni Haerizadeh auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Shomal (Beach at the Caspian) im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 221.000,00 (€ 205.753,65).
