Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Rogelio Polesello could be acquired at Christies in New York in December 2012 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Christie's Interiors auction, this work without title changed hands for USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,687.85) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rogelio Polesello achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2017 with an auction result of USD 93,750.00 (€ 83,437.17).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Rogelio Polesello konnte im Dezember 2012 bei Christies in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Christie's Interiors wechselte diese Arbeit ohne Titel für USD 7.500,00 (€ 5.687,85) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rogelio Polesello erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 93.750,00 (€ 83.437,17).
