Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2021 Bonhams in London held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art, which included the work Alta velocità by Roberto Marcello Baldessari. It changed hands for a price of GBP 11,475.00 (€ 13,472.73) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Roberto Marcello Baldessari have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Espansione di luce + movimento" (forme dinamiche decima) in May 2007 with an auction result of EUR 130,200.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2021 führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Alta velocità von Roberto Marcello Baldessari zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 11.475,00 (€ 13.472,73) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Roberto Marcello Baldessari auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Espansione di luce + movimento" (forme dinamiche decima) im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 130.200,00.
